How it works
Radar Workflow
Silence in both directions
Radar flags threads where a client is waiting on you and threads where you are waiting on the client and nobody has chased. Both appear before they turn into a lost client or a complaint.
All channels in one sweep
WhatsApp, email, web chat and forms are scanned together. A conversation that started on a form and moved to WhatsApp is treated as one thread.
On-demand sweeps
The six-hour cycle covers the ordinary week. Before a Monday meeting, or after a busy weekend, one button re-sweeps the whole book. Sweeps are limited to your own brokerage.
Detection only
Radar produces a worklist. You can dismiss an item, snooze it or open the thread. It does not message clients and does not decide that a thread is dead.

Related Features
A sweep across all channels every six hours, or on demand, that lists conversations which have gone quiet in either direction.
Structured intake for every product line and channel, running out of hours, with a broker takeover that stops the AI on that thread.
Statutory renewal and notice deadlines worked out as dates, counted backwards, and drafted early for a broker to approve.
A daily read of the whole book listing cross-sell gaps, dormant clients, insurer concentration and renewals worth a call.
Questions
Radar FAQ
- How often does Radar sweep the book?
- Every six hours automatically, and immediately whenever a broker runs a sweep by hand. The manual sweep covers the whole book and is limited to your brokerage.
- What does Radar flag?
- Conversations that have gone quiet in either direction: a client waiting on a reply from the brokerage, and a thread where the brokerage is waiting on the client and nobody has followed up. Each appears on a worklist with the channel and the age of the silence.
- Does Radar contact clients on its own?
- No. Radar detects and lists. A broker decides whether to dismiss an item, snooze it or open the conversation.
- Which channels does Radar cover?
- WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, the web chat widget and web forms. Because every channel writes into the same queue, a conversation that moved between channels is still one thread.
- Is this the same thing as lead scoring?
- No. Radar reports on elapsed time and open state. It does not predict which enquiries are worth money. It shows what has been sitting and for how long, and the broker decides what to do.
