Features
Features
Aoibhe’s ten features are grouped into three jobs. They share one client record, so the client the importer creates is the one that forms, Radar and the copilot work from.
Also in the product
01 · Catch and qualify enquiries
Enquiry Intake
Enquiries arrive structured and matched to the client you already hold, whichever channel or form they came through. The book you bring across is handled the same way.
Intake
LiveStructured intake for every product line and channel, running out of hours, with a broker takeover that stops the AI on that thread.
Smart Importer
LiveUpload an OpenGI, Applied Relay or spreadsheet export and have the column mapping worked out for you, with a review step before anything is written.
Forms
LiveA form builder for any product line. PDF and Word proposal forms become live forms, hosted white-label with branded auto-replies.
02 · Stay ahead of renewals and open work
Renewals and Follow-Up
Statutory deadlines are counted back automatically, quiet conversations are listed, and the book is read daily for clients worth a call.
Radar
LiveA sweep across all channels every six hours, or on demand, that lists conversations which have gone quiet in either direction.
Renewals
LiveStatutory renewal and notice deadlines worked out as dates, counted backwards, and drafted early for a broker to approve.
Book Signals
LiveA daily read of the whole book listing cross-sell gaps, dormant clients, insurer concentration and renewals worth a call.
03 · Show the facts behind a decision
Answers and Records
Ask the book a question in plain English, keep each claim in one place across every party involved, and produce documents from the record instead of a retyped copy.
Broker Copilot
LivePlain-English questions over a brokerage’s live book, answered with the underlying clients and an optional drafted follow-up.
Case Files
LiveCustomer, insurer and assessor threads on the same claim gathered into one matter, across whichever channel each party uses.
Documents
LiveFirm-controlled document templates filled from the client record and produced as PDFs, logged against the file.
AI Assistants
LiveBrokers ask Aoibhe from Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot and get answers from the brokerage’s own book. The connection is read only and Aoibhe is listed in Claude’s Connectors Directory.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
- What does Aoibhe do for a brokerage?
- It handles the admin around broking. Enquiries are answered and structured across all channels, quiet conversations are listed, statutory deadlines are counted back and drafted for broker approval, and the book is read daily for cross-sell gaps. A licensed broker remains accountable for consequential decisions.
- Is this a chatbot?
- No. Answering enquiries is one of ten features, and it is the only one a client sees. The rest work on the brokerage’s own book: sweeps for stalled conversations, statutory deadline tracking, daily book analysis, document generation and case files.
- Does Aoibhe make decisions on behalf of the broker?
- No. Aoibhe gathers information, cites sources, drafts and routes. She does not advise or bind. Autonomous replying is off by default and enabled per channel, a broker reply stops her on that thread, and claims involving injury, complaints with regulatory exposure and anything uncertain go to a person.
- How long does it take to get started?
- It depends on how much of the book needs importing and how many channels you connect. The usual path is to import your book with the smart importer, connect one channel, and review real intake before switching more on. We scope this with you in a demo.
- Which markets does Aoibhe serve?
- Independent and mid-market insurance brokerages in Ireland and the UK. Deadline rules are set per market: Irish brokerages work to the Central Bank Consumer Protection Code and UK brokerages to the FCA and ICOBS obligations.
