How it works
Documents Workflow
Firm-owned templates
Your wording, layout and letterhead are managed in one place. When the wording changes, it changes once.
Filled from the record
Client details, policy details and dates come from the record, so the document that goes out matches the version on file.
PDF output, logged
The output is a PDF, and its creation is recorded against the client: what went out, when, and from which template.

Questions
Documents FAQ
- Can I use my own document templates?
- Yes. Templates are managed by the brokerage with your own wording and layout, held in one place, so a change is made once.
- Where does the information in a generated document come from?
- From the client record, so the document reflects what is on file. The copy sent to the client and the copy retained by the brokerage stay in agreement.
- Is there a record of what was generated?
- Yes. Generation is recorded against the client file with the template used and the date, so the brokerage can show what went out and when.
