AI Assistants Workflow
Ask from the assistant you already use
A broker can put a question to Aoibhe from the Aoibhe connector for Claude (claude.ai, Desktop, mobile or Claude Code), from the Aoibhe app for ChatGPT or in Microsoft 365 Copilot chat. Nobody has to open another tab or learn another screen to get an answer about a client.
Answers from your own book
Aoibhe answers from the brokerage’s clients, policies, cover, renewals, tasks, client conversations and regulatory calendar. The assistant relays the question and shows the answer. The facts come from your records, and not from general insurance text.
Read only by design
Through the connection Aoibhe cannot change, send or delete anything. There is one tool, ask_aoibhe, and it is marked read only and not destructive. No email goes to a client and no record is edited from an assistant.
Signed in, and you can leave
Claude connects through OAuth, and approving the connection needs a two-factor sign-in. Microsoft 365 Copilot uses the broker’s Microsoft work account. A broker can disconnect Claude at any time from Connections in Aoibhe.

- Yes. A broker can ask Aoibhe questions from claude.ai, Claude Desktop, the Claude mobile apps and Claude Code. Aoibhe answers from the brokerage’s clients, policies, cover, renewals, tasks, client conversations and regulatory calendar.
- Can I use ChatGPT with my insurance broker software?
- Yes, with Aoibhe. Brokers can use the Aoibhe app for ChatGPT to ask questions and get answers from the brokerage’s own book. The connection is read only.
- Does Aoibhe work with Microsoft 365 Copilot?
- Yes. Brokers can ask Aoibhe in Microsoft 365 Copilot chat and get the same read only answers from the brokerage’s own book, signing in with their Microsoft work account. This is separate from Broker Copilot, which is Aoibhe’s own question-and-answer feature inside the product.
- Is the Claude connector read only?
- Yes. Through the connector Aoibhe cannot change, send or delete anything. It exposes one tool, ask_aoibhe, which is annotated read only and not destructive.
- Is Aoibhe in the Claude Connectors Directory?
- Yes. Aoibhe is listed in Claude’s Connectors Directory at https://claude.ai/directory/aoibhe.
- Is there an MCP server for insurance brokers?
- Aoibhe publishes a remote MCP server. It is a read only connector for brokers at a brokerage on Aoibhe, and it signs in with OAuth. Setup notes are on the developer page.
- How is the connection secured?
- Claude signs in through OAuth, and approving the connection needs a two-factor sign-in. A broker can disconnect at any time from Connections in Aoibhe. The privacy notice explains what the connection sends and stores.
- Can an AI assistant send emails to my clients through Aoibhe?
- No. The connection is read only. Nothing is sent, changed or deleted from Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
